You can delete your Prima Prime account and all associated data at any time.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Prima Prime and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
The account is deleted at once.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from your account’s email with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- The account: name, email, password (hash) and sessions.
- Everything you saved in the app (favourites, dates, partners).
- Your usage data in PostHog, if you shared it.
What may remain, and for how long
- Database backups: overwritten within 24 hours.
- Technical error reports (no name or email): deleted after 30 days.
